About Coaching:

I work with founders, artists, visionaries, serial entrepreneurs and CEOs, helping them to unlock their inner magic, navigate challenging scenarios and become trailblazers in the world.

My own diverse background as a founder, company advisor and working in the media, enables me to draw on authentic first-hand experience. This, coupled with my work as a clinical psychotherapist, means I can offer a unique perspective when it comes to understanding what it takes to be successful, without losing sight of your personal values and health.

I view myself as a type of personal and professional guide, supporting you on your path. 60-minute sessions are available on a flexible basis.

I have a special interest in:

  • Supporting creatives to hone their vision and sense of self (worth).

  • Helping entrepreneurs get to the heart of the problem they are trying to solve.

  • Supporting those with burnout on how to take better care of themselves.

  • Working with founders and C-Suite on strategic business decisions.

  • Guiding individuals to discover their purpose and potential, and get clear about their career direction.

  • Navigating issues around self-confidence and overcoming imposter syndrome.

Overheard:

  • “Working with Sophie has been life changing. She's coached me through personal rebranding; career transitions; burnout recovery and marketing planning. Sophie inspires honest reflection. Her holistic toolkit is an unusual mix of business savviness and psychology. I attribute my growth this year to having this incredible human as my coach and confidante. Every awesome leader needs you in their lives”

  • “Of all the things I’ve done to invest in myself, this has to be the best. I took more away from one session with Sophie about the direction I want to go in than anything else I have tried. It’s clear she’s got a strong psychological underpinning to her work and I came away with deeper insight and a tangible action plan when it comes to next steps and building out my proposition. Thank you Sophie!”
